ShredRoute Log

Legal

Terms of service

Last updated October 9, 2026

By creating a ShredRoute Log account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

ShredRoute Log is a tool for recording shredding routes, pickups and certificates of destruction. You are responsible for the destruction itself and for the accuracy of what your team records; the certificates the app produces state what your company entered. It doesn't replace NAID certification, legal advice or any law that applies to the records you destroy.

Your data

Your company's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep ShredRoute Log running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using ShredRoute Log at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
